摘  要:微压力表是测量物体的压力并指示出具体数值的工具,其将弹性元件设定为敏感元件,广泛应用于液体、真空、蒸汽压力等方面的测量工作,在工业流程与科研领域中是不可或缺的测量仪器。微压力表是依照国家计量检定规程进行测量工作,不确定度的评定与校准测量能力的表达能够反映出微压力表的计量性能。文章分别对不确定度与校准测量能力(CMC)进行规章条件下的详细描述,并通过比对分析说明微压力测量表的不确定度与校准测量能力的差异化应用特征。The micro pressure gauge is a tool to measure the pressure of an object and indicate the specific value.It sets the elastic element as a sensitive element,and is widely used in the measurement of liquid,vacuum,vapor pressure,etc.,in the field of industrial processes and scientific research It is an indispensable measuring instrument.The micro pressure gauge is measured in accordance with the national metrological verification regulations.The evaluation of uncertainty and the expression of the calibration measurement ability can reflect the measurement performance of the micro pressure gauge.The article separately describes the uncertainty and the calibration measurement capability(CMC)under the regulatory conditions in detail,and through comparison and analysis illustrates the differential application characteristics of the uncertainty of the micro pressure gauge and the calibration measurement capability.
