摘 要:本试验利用233份大蒜的自然群体资料,主要使用简化基因组测序(GBS)技术,得到高质量的有效数据量为1486.5896Gb,平均每个样本6.3802Gb,共获得高质量的SNPs位点2036116个,较均匀地分布在8条染色体上。基于获得的SNP标记进行主成分分析(PCA)与系统进化树分析,PCA将大蒜群体划分为4大类,系统进化树将大蒜群体划分为8个亚群,将8个亚群用不同颜色在PCA图中呈现,两者结果基本一致,表明大蒜种质间亲缘关系主要受地理起源影响较大,另外也与各地大蒜种质资源交流频繁和气候环境等有一定关系。本研究结果可为大蒜种质资源的收集和保护提供依据,为发掘优良种质、优良基因和大蒜性状分子改良提供资源。In this study,using 233 samples of garlic natural population data and the GBS technology,1486.5896 Gb high-quality effective data was obtained with the mean of 6.3802 Gb per sample.A total of 2036116 high-quality SNPs were obtained,which were evenly distributed on eight chromosomes.The PCA analysis and phylogenetic tree analysis were conducted based on the obtained SNPs,and the garlic germplasms were divided into four taxa based on PCA,and 8 subgroups based on phylogenetic tree analysis.Their results were largely consistent,which indicated that the genetic relationship of these garlic germplasms was mainly influenced by geographical origin,and also had correlation with frequent exchange of germplasms and climatic environment.This study could provide bases for the collection and protection of garlic germplasm resources and also provide resources for the discovery of excellent germplasm,excellent genes and molecular improvement of garlic traits.
