摘  要:生活垃圾焚烧已成为固废处置重要方式。利用CFD模拟分析了不同状态下垃圾仓的负压控制方式。结合垃圾仓排风量及卸料门开启状态可知,卸料门开启一扇时压力控制效果较好。当渗沥液沟道间送风时,通过风量平衡原理可估算垃圾仓内平均压力。该方法有助于促进垃圾焚烧厂通风系统优化改进,提升系统综合效益。Domestic waste incineration has become an important way for solid waste disposal.Simulates and analyses the negative pressure control modes of waste bins under different conditions using CFD.Combined with the exhaust air rate of the waste bin and the opening state of discharge doors,concludes that the pressure control effect is better when one discharge door is opened.Estimates the average pressure in the waste bin by the air balance when the odor in the leachate channels is returned.The method can promote the optimization and improvement of ventilation system in waste incineration plants and improve the comprehensive benefits of the system.
