摘 要:为提高碳纳米纤维(CNF)的电热转换效率,改善其综合导热系数,采用静电纺丝法将氧化石墨烯(GO)添加到聚丙烯腈(PAN)纤维中,经过预氧化和碳化处理后制得具有三维导热网络的CNF/rGO复合纤维膜以提高其热传输效率,并考察不同石墨烯含量和碳化温度对CNF/rGO复合纤维膜导热性能的影响。结果表明:采用rGO修饰CNF复合薄膜可以有效提升其综合导热系数,改善其电热转换效率;CNF/rGO复合纤维膜的导热系数随着氧化石墨烯含量的增加而升高,随着碳化温度的升高而下降,当氧化石墨烯质量分数为20%、碳化温度为1100℃时,CNF/rGO复合纤维膜的导热系数为0.216 W/(m·K),比纯CNF提升了127%;当氧化石墨烯质量分数为5%、碳化温度为1000℃、电压为21 V、电流为0.51 A时,CNF/rGO复合纤维膜的表面温度最高可达251.9℃;但是,GO含量和碳化温度的升高会导致CNF/rGO复合纤维膜的力学性能下降。In order to improve the electrothermal conversion efficiency and comprehensive thermal conductivity of carbon nanofibers(CNF),graphene oxide(GO)was added into the polyacrylonitrile(PAN)fiber by electrospinning method.After preoxidation and carbonization treatment CNF/rGO composite fiber membranes with three-dimensional thermal conductivity network were obtained to improve its heat transfer efficiency.The effects of different graphene oxide contents and carbonization temperatures on the thermal conductivity of CNF/rGO composite fiber membranes were investigated.The results show that rGO modified CNF composite membrane can effectively improve its comprehensive thermal conductivity and electrothermal conversion efficiency;the thermal conductivity of CNF/rGO composite fiber membrane increases with the increase of graphene oxide content,but decreases with the increase of carbonization temperature.When the mass fraction of graphene oxide is 20%and the carbonization temperature is 1100℃,the thermal conductivity of CNF/rGO composite fiber membrane is 0.216 W/(m·K),which is 127%higher than that of pure CNF.When the mass fraction of graphene oxide is 5%and the carbonization temperature is 1000℃,the voltage is 21 V,and the current is 0.51 A,the surface temperature of the CNF/rGO composite fiber membrane can reach up to 251.9℃;However,the increases of GO content and car bonization temperature will cause the mechanical properties of CNF/rGO composite fiber membrane to decrease.
