摘  要:为开发高档医用防护材料,以聚乳酸(PLA)为原料,对纺粘水刺复合工艺进行优化设计,成功制备聚乳酸纺粘水刺非织造新产品,并对产品的拉伸断裂性能、透气性和耐磨性进行分析测试。结果表明:产品断裂强度、透气性随水刺压力和水刺道数增加呈先增加后减小趋势,当水刺道数为4,相应的水刺压力分别为4、4、8、8 MPa时,产品各性能最优,横向断裂强度达到52.9 N/(5 cm),纵向断裂强度达165.8 N/(5 cm),透气性为355 L/(m^(2)·s),磨损率达0.12 mg/cm^(2);与现有医护材料相比,其具有可降解性和环境友好性,且力学性能好,耐磨性能优,符合医用防护材料的要求。In order to develop high-grade medical protection materials,the polylactic acid(PLA)spunbond-spunlaced nonwoven products were successfully prepared by optimizing the spunbond-spunlaced composite process.The performances of the product including tensile fracture properties,permeability and wear resistance were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the fracture strength and permeability of the product increased first and then decreased with the increase of spunlace pressure and number of spurs.When the number of spurs was 4 and its spunlace pressures were 4,4,8,8 MPa respectively,the product achieved the best performance.The transverse fracture strength reached 52.9 N/(5 cm),the longitudinal fracture strength reached 165.8 N/(5 cm),the permeability was 355 L/(m^(2)·s),and the wear rate was 0.12 mg/cm^(2).Compared with the existing medical materials,it has the advantages of biodegradability and environmental friendliness,good mechanical properties and wear resistance,and meets the requirements of medical protective materials.
