摘  要:民宿不同于一般的酒店,是地方文化的重要载体。当前民宿的发展日趋壮大,部分景区或者景区附近以及人流密集的地区成为民宿的聚集地,尤其是在民族地区的民宿,给民宿的发展带来活力以及相应特色。在这样的形势下,构建一套适用于民宿顾客满意度的评价指标体系具有重要的实践作用,论文通过对民族地区的民宿进行研究,结合民族地区发展的特点,总结了民宿顾客满意度评价体系,再采用层次分析法确定各个指标的权重,并根据评价结果提出了改进建议。Different from ordinary hotels,B&Bs are an important carrier of local culture.At present,the development of homestays is growing.Some scenic spots or areas near scenic spots and densely populated areas have become gathering places for homestays,especially homestays in ethnic areas,bringing vitality and corresponding characteristics to the development of homestays.In this situation,building a set of evaluation index system for guesthouse customer satisfaction has an important practical role.The paper summarizes the guest satisfaction evaluation system by studying homestays in ethnic regions and combining the characteristics of the development of ethnic regions.,And then use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of each indicator,and put forward suggestions for improvement based on the evaluation results.
