嘉兴市住房公积金制度运行现状及改革对策研究

摘　　要：住房对于居民的生活质量有非常重大的意义,也是社会和谐稳定的重要基础。1994年嘉兴实行住房公积金制度,对提高嘉兴人民的居住水平、促进房地产市场化、推动嘉兴经济发展发挥了巨大作用。经过二十多年的发展,嘉兴人民的收入水平大幅度提高,收入差距明显增加,房地产行业成为嘉兴举足轻重的产业。公积金制度运行环境发生了巨大变化,公积金制度的发展没有能够跟上时代发展的步伐,出现了诸多问题。本文在分析嘉兴市公积金制度运行现状的基础上,提出公积金制度改进建议。Housing is of great significance to the quality of life of residents,and it is also an important foundation for social harmony and stability.In 1994,Jiaxing implemented the housing provident fund system,which has played a huge role in improving the living standards of the people of Jiaxing,promoting the marketization of real estate,and promoting the economic development of Jiaxing.After more than 20 years of development,the income level of the people of Jiaxing has increased significantly,and the income gap has increased significantly.The real estate industry has become a pivotal industry in Jiaxing.The operating environment of the provident fund system has undergone tremendous changes.The development of the provident fund system has not been able to keep up with the development of the times,and many problems have arisen.Based on the analysis of the current situation of Jiaxing's provident fund system,this article puts forward suggestions for improvement of the provident fund system.
