摘　　要：近年来,土地流转制度应运而生。本文首先说明土地流转制度,构架土地流转的框架。紧接着列举国内外土地制度的研究情况,接着阐述我国土地流转的现状和影响因素,最后基于制度经济学的角度提出中国土地流转制度变迁方式是“诱致性制度变迁”,制度变迁过程是从“供给主导型”转为“需求诱致性”。In recent years,the land circulation system has emerged.This article first explains the land transfer system and the framework of land transfer.Then it enumerates the research situation of land system at home and abroad,and then elaborates the status quo and influencing factors of land circulation in my country.Finally,based on the perspective of institutional economics,it is proposed that the method of land circulation system change in China is“inductive system change”,and the process of system change is from“Supply-led”turned into“demand-induced”.
