摘 要:针对单作用往复泵结构参数设置不合理导致的排量不均匀和活塞易损坏的问题,通过推导单作用往复泵排量不均度及活塞惯性力的解析式,得到排量不均度随往复泵缸数及曲柄连杆比的变化曲线,以及活塞惯性力随曲柄转角及曲柄连杆比的变化曲线,并提出了曲柄连杆比的优化建议。结果表明:排量不均度随着曲柄连杆比的减小而减小,曲柄连杆比的变化对单缸单作用往复泵排量不均度波动的影响最大可达60%;曲柄连杆比对排量不均度的影响随着往复泵缸数的增加而减小;活塞惯性力也随着曲柄连杆比的减小而减小,且其变化曲线的2个波峰逐渐向中间靠拢,直至合并;当曲柄连杆比降低到0.3以下时,活塞惯性力变化曲线在1个周期内的波峰减少到1个。研究结果可为单作用往复泵结构参数的设计和活塞疲劳分析提供理论依据。To reduce flow unevenness caused by inappropriate structural parameters of single-acting reciprocating pump and improve the vulnerability of piston,by deriving the analytical formula of flow unevenness and piston inertia force of single-acting reciprocating pump,the changing curve of flow unevenness with cylinder number of reciprocating pump and crank-link ratio and the changing curve of piston inertia force with crank angle and crank-link ratio were obtained.Therefore,an optimization suggestion on crank-link ratio was proposed.The research results showed that flow unevenness decreased with crank-link ratio,and the maximum effect of the change of crank-link ratio on the fluctuation of flow unevenness of single-cylinder single-acting reciprocating pump was up to 60%;the effect of crank-link ratio on flow unevenness decreased with the increase of the cylinders number of reciprocating pump;the piston inertia force also decreased with the decrease of crank-link ratio,and the two peaks of its changing curve gradually converged to the middle until they merged;when the cranklink ratio dropped below 0.3,the peak of the changing curve of piston inertia force decreased to one in one cycle.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for structural parameter design and piston fatigue analysis of single-acting reciprocating pump.
