摘  要:铝合金在3C电子产品中得到广泛的应用,也对阳极氧化后的铝合金表面质量提出了更高的要求。作为铝合金晶粒细化剂的TiB2和铁相对阳极氧化后的表面质量有着负面的影响。试验以6082铝合金半连续铸造(DC)为参照,分别采用添加Al-Ti-B细化剂(GR)和强剪切工艺(MC)细化铝合金α-Al晶粒来对比研究细化含铁相的效果。通过阳极覆膜处理与OM观察对比三种工艺铸造的α-Al晶粒尺寸;采用SEM-EDS确定含铁相类型并对比不同工艺含铁相的尺寸。结果表明:6082铝合金中含铁相主要为α-AlFeMnSi和β-AlFeSi;晶粒细化工艺并不会降低含铁相的析出,但可显著降低含铁相的尺寸;相比于不添加细化剂(DC)的合金,添加GR后对α-Al晶粒及含铁相尺寸均有显著细化效果,采用MC也可大幅的地减小α-Al晶粒及含铁相尺寸,但细化效果略次于GR的。因此,采用MC可在不添加GR的情况下有效地控制晶粒尺寸进而细化含铁相尺寸,减少缺陷的产生,为后续产品表面质量提供保障。Aluminum alloy is widely used in 3C electronic products.Higher requirementsare put forward for the surface quality of anodized aluminum alloy.TiB,and Fe,as grain re-finers,have negative effects on the surface quality of anodized aluminum alloy.In this ex-periment,6082 aluminum alloy semi-continuous casting(DC)was used as a reference,andthe effect of refining Fe bearing phase was compared by adding Al-Ti-B grain refiner(CR)and melt conditioned direct chill(MC)respectively.The grain sizes ofα-Al cast by threeprocesses were compared by anodic coating treatment and OM observation;the types of ironbearing phases were determined by SEM-EDS and the sizes of Fe bearing phases in differentprocesses were compared.The results show that α-AlFeMnSi and β-AlFeSi are the main Febearing phases in 6082 aluminum alloy.The grain refinement process does not reduce theprecipitation of Fe phase,but can significantly reduce the size of Fe phase.Compared withthe alloy without refiner(DC),the grain size ofα-Al and Fe bearing phase can be signifi-cantly refined by adding GR.The grain size ofα-Al and Fe phase can be greatly reduced by using MC,but the refining effect is slightly less than that of GR.Therefore,MC can effectively control the grain size and refine the size of Fe phase without adding GR.It can reduce the occurrence of defects and guarantee the surface quality of follow-up products.
