摘 要:采用电子背散射衍射(EBSD),偏光组织观察(POM)和微拉伸仪系统分析了微量Cu对厚15μm的H18态1060电池铝箔微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,添加微量Cu后,铸轧坯料的亚晶粒尺寸和亚晶粒取向角减小,中间退火后再结晶晶粒尺寸显著减小,铝箔沿表面方向的平均晶粒尺寸由3.08μm细化为2.67μm,并且由于再结晶程度增加,铝箔的部分织构由B织构转变为S和S1织构,织构强度略微增加,最终使铝箔的抗拉强度增加约8.0%,伸长率增加约76%。The effect of trace Cu on the microstructure and mechanical properties of H 18-tempered 1060 battery aluminum foil with thickness of 15μm was investigated by electron backscatter diffraction(EBSD),polarized metallographic microscopy(POM)and microstretching system.The results show that the size of sub-grains and orientation angles of the cast-rolled billet are refined and the sizes of recrystallized grains are significantly reduced after intermediate annealing.The average grain size of the aluminum foil along the surface direction is refined from 3.08μm to 2.67μm.With the increase of recrystallization degree,part of the texture changes from B texture to S and SI texture and the texture strength increases slightly.Finally,the tensile strength and elongation of aluminum foil increase by 8.0%and 76%respectively.
