摘 要:对铜箔-铝箔进行超声波焊接试验研究,优化设计工艺参数;采用金相显微镜、能谱仪、扫描电镜等分析焊接接头的微观组织;采用高速摄影系统实时监控焊接过程,研究超声波焊缝成型机制。结果表明:焊接压力,焊接振幅、焊接时间对接头性能影响很大,这些工艺参数过大或过小都会使接头强度降低。当焊接压力0.20 MPa,焊接振幅30 um,焊接时间0.05 s时,接头强度达到最大值,破断拉伸力为200 N。保持压力和振幅不变,随着焊接时间的增加,铜-铝接头的有效连接长度增加,接头强度增加;进一步增加焊接时间,铜-铝接头有效连接长度没有明显变化,接头强度下降。超声波焊接可分为四个过程:初始接触,摩擦产热,焊接软化,固相结合。Ultrasonic welding test was carried out on copper foil and aluminum foil to opti-mize the design process parameters.The microstructure of welded joints was analyzed bymetallographic microscope,energy spectrometer and scanning electron microscope.The ul-trasonic welding seam forming mechanism was studied by using high speed photographic sys-tem to monitor the welding process in real time.The results show that welding pressure,welding amplitude and welding time have great influence on the performance of the joint.These technological parameters will reduce the strength of the joint whether they are too largeor too small.When the welding pressure is 0.20 MPa,the welding amplitude is 30 um,andthe welding time is 0.05 s,the joint strength reaches the maximum and the breaking tensileforce is 200 N.With the pressure and amplitude unchanged,the effective length and strengthof the copper-aluminum joint increase with the increase of welding time.When the weldingtime is further increased,the effective length of the copper-aluminum joint does not changesignificantly,and the strength of the joint decreases.Ultrasonic welding can be divided intofour stages:initial contact,friction heat generation,welding softening and solid bonding.
