摘  要:试验研究了焊接电流,机械振幅和机械振动频率对船舶用2Al4铝合金TIG焊接接头力学性能和显微组织的影响。结果表明:在TIG焊接过程中施加机械振动,可以明显改善2A14铝合金的焊缝组织;试样拉伸过程中焊接接头最薄弱区域从未施加机械振动的焊缝中心处转移至施加机械振动时焊缝靠近熔合线位置处;增加机械振幅或机械振动频率都可以有效细化焊缝中心组织,但并不是机械振幅或机械振动频率越大越好,如果机械振幅或机械振动频率过大,焊缝中会形成气孔等缺陷而降低焊接接头的力学性能;当焊接电流为120 A,机械振幅为0.06 mm,机械振动频率为45Hz时,2A14铝合金焊接接头具有最佳的抗拉强度和断后伸长率。The effects of welding current,mechanical amplitude and mechanical vibrationfrequency on the mechanical properties and microstructure of 2A14 aluminum alloy TIG wel-ded joint were studied in test.The results show that the weld structure of 2A14 aluminumalloy can be obviously improved by applying mechanical vibration during the process of TIG welding.During the drawing process,the weakest area of the welded joint is transferred fromthe center of the weld where the mechanical vibration has never been applied to the positionwhere the weld is near the fusion line when the mechanical vibration is applied.Increasingthe mechanical amplitude or the mechanical vibration frequency can effectively refine theweld center structure,but not the greater the mechanical amplitude or the mechanical vibra-tion frequency the better.If the mechanical amplitude or mechanical vibration frequency istoo large,porosity will be formed in the weld,and the mechanical properties of the weldedjoint will be reduced.When the welding current is 120 A,the mechanical amplitude is 0.06mm and the mechanical vibration frequency is 45 Hz,the 2A14 aluminum alloy welded jointhas the hoet tencile strenrth and alonoatinn after fracture.
