25种精油对结核分支杆菌的体外药敏试验

摘　　要：通过体外试验,测试25种精油对结核分枝杆菌的最小抑菌浓度即MIC。选择常见的25种精油分别对结核分枝杆菌的标准菌株H37RV、临床药物敏感菌株和临床耐多药菌株,进行体外液态抑菌试验,根据药敏结果,判断精油对结核分枝杆菌的最小抑菌浓度即MIC。通过气态抑菌实验,检测精油气态抑菌MIC。液态抑菌试验结果表明,25种精油对结核分枝杆菌均具有不同程度的抑制效果,MIC从0.5μL/m L到10μL/m L不等,其中丁香叶和肉桂皮的抑菌效果最好,MIC分别为0.5μL和1.0μL。在气态抑菌试验中丁香叶和肉桂皮气态MIC分别为1.0μL和2.0μL。另外,实验证实精油对标准菌株、临床敏感菌株和耐多药菌株抑菌效果没有差异。精油对结核分枝杆菌具有抑菌效果,丁香叶和肉桂皮抑菌效果最好。精油对临床敏感和耐多药的分枝杆菌菌株抑菌效果没有差异。To screen the essential oils with high anti-Mycobacterium tuberculosis by in vitro bacteriostatic test.In this study,the in vitro antibacterial activity of essential oils extracted from 25 plants was investigated against selected Mycobacterium strains,including the standard strain H37 RV,clinical drug-sensitive strains and clinical multi-drug resistant strains. Based on the results of drug susceptibility,high-efficiency antibacterial essential oils were screened and further gas-bacterial inhibition experiments were carried out.The results of liquid antibacterial test of 25 essential oils against Mycobacterium tuberculosis ranged from 0. 5 μL/mL to10 μL/mL.The lowest concentrations were 0. 5 μL/m L of clove leaf and 1. 0 μL/m L of cinnamon bark. The leaf bacteriostatic concentration was 1.0 μL/m L,and the cinnamon bacteriostatic concentration was 2.0 μL/m L.In addition,from the antibacterial test of 25 essential oils against standard strains,clinically sensitive strains and multi-drug resistant strains,it could be seen that there was no difference in the antibacterial effect against the three strain types.To the author’s knowledge,this was the first study regarding the antimycobacterial activity of essential oils in China.The data showed promising results,and encouraged people to investigate more on these medicinal plants,especially clove leaves and cinnamon bark.
