摘  要:目的探讨不同酸组成体系对二乙酰一肟-安替比林分光光度法测定游泳池水中尿素时的影响情况,为建立更好的测定方法提供参考。方法分析相关文献,初步了解不同酸组成体系对测定的影响,制定要研究的酸组成方案,结合前期试验,确定所有方案各种试剂的浓度;在只改变体系的酸组成种类而其他实验条件相同情况下,进行测定;根据测定结果分析不同酸组成体系的优劣。结果各项反应指标(反应速度、曲线斜率、线性范围、线性系数)在几种不同的酸组成体系中差异较大,其中在硫酸和磷酸组成的反应体系具有绝对的优势。结论基于国家标准方法原理,本法使用新的反应器具和新的加热方式在硫酸和磷酸组成的反应体系中测定游泳池水中尿素,具有反应速度快、灵敏度高、线性范围宽、线性系数高、操作简单快捷等特点,但对国家标准方法改变较大,需进一步研究和优化。Objective To study the effect of diacetyl one oxime-antipyrine spectrophotometric method on urea in swimming pool water,so as to provide reference for the establishment of better determination method. Methods To analyze the relevant literature,preliminarily understand the influence of different acid composition system on the determination,develop the acid composition scheme to be studied,and determine the concentration of various reagents of all schemes according to the preliminary test;the acid composition of the system is changed only and the other experimental conditions are the same. The advantages and disadvantages of different acid composition systems were analyzed according to the determination results. Results The reaction indexes( reaction speed,slope of curve,linear range,linear coefficient) were quite different in several different acid composition systems,and the reaction system composed of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid had absolute advantages. Conclusion Based on the principle of the national standard method,this method uses a new reactor and a new heating method in the reaction system consisting of sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid determination of urea in the pool water,with fast response,high sensitivity,wide linear range,high linear coefficient,simple and quick operation and other characteristics;but the change of national standard law is great,which needs further study and optimization.
