摘　　要：我国古代婚姻法律历经演变,到唐代趋于完善。唐代婚姻法律制度具有时代特色,是古代法律的典范。通过研究唐代婚姻法律制度,吸取婚姻规范经验教训,学习其有益的部分,对完善我国当代婚姻制度具有借鉴意义。Marriage law has experienced much evolution in ancient China and tends to be perfect in the Tang Dynasty.The marriage legal system of Tang Dynasty is the model of ancient law with the characteristics of the times.Through the study of the marriage legal system in Tang Dynasty,we can learn from the experience and lessons of marriage norms,and absorb its benefi cial parts,which can be used for reference to improve contemporary marriage system in our country.
