摘　　要：通过比较2020年版和2011年版中国药物经济学评价指南,分析两版指南的差异,并对更新内容进行解读,为药物经济学评价报告提供最新依据。比较两本指南,对更新要点进行总结和分析。2020年版药物经济学指南与2011年版药物经济学指南比较,有较多更新。详细说明了干预措施和对照选择;将成本测量和成本估值分开进行阐述;贴现分析单独列为一个部分;健康产出、模型分析和预算影响分析这方面更新较多;推荐使用成本-效用分析;并融合国际最新领域的研究进展和结合中国现实问题进行分析。通过对2020版中国药物经济学评价指南更新的部分进行解读,建议广泛参考并使用2020版指南,为今后进一步提高药物经济学研究报告质量提供参考。By comparing the 2020 Edition and 2011 Edition of China Pharmacoeconomics Evaluation Guidelines, the differences between the 2 editions were found, and the updated contents were interpreted to provide the latest basis for pharmacoeconomics evaluation report. A total of 2 guides were compared, the update points were summarized and analyzed. There are more updates in pharmacoeconomics guidelines 2020 compared with pharmacoeconomics guidelines 2011. This paper described the intervention measures and control options in detail;described the cost measurement and cost valuation separately;listed discount analysis as a separate part;updated health output, model analysis and budget impact analysis;recommended the use of cost utility analysis;and integrated the latest international research progress and analyzed the practical problems in China. Through the interpretation of the updated part of China pharmacoeconomics evaluation guide 2020, it is suggested that the 2020 Guidelines for Gharmacoeconomic Evaluation should be widely referenced and used to provide reference for further improving the quality of pharmacoeconomics research reports in the future.
