摘  要:目的研究甘肃道地产区当归中无机元素的分布特征,通过主成分分析确定其特征性元素。方法采用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定当归中锂、铍、硼、镁、铝、钙、铬、锰、钴、镍、铜、锌、砷、硒、锶、钼、银、镉、锡、锑、钡、汞、铊、铅等24种无机元素的含量,用SPSS 24.0软件进行主成分分析。结果不同产区当归中24种无机元素的含量随着原子序数的增加,波动趋势一致,呈相似的元素谱排列;其中Be、Ca、Cr、Ni、Sr、Tl、Li、Al、As等9种元素差异有统计学意义,部分元素存在显著的相关性;主成分分析表明Cr(0.925)、Al(0.905)、Mn(0.894)、Co(0.883)、Cu(0.878)、Mo(0.857)、Se(0.871)为当归的特征元素。结论甘肃道地产区当归中无机元素分布态势呈特征性元素谱分布,不同产区当归中无机元素含量有差别,宕昌地区当归中无机元素的总量高于其他地区。Objective To explore the distribution feature of inorganic elements in Angelicae sinensis in Daodi,Gansu,and to determine its characteristic elements by principal component analysis.Methods The contents of 24 inorganic elements including Li,Be,B,Mg,Al,Ca,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Sr,Mo,Ag,Cd,Sn,Sb,Ba,Hg,Tl and Pb in Angelicae sinensis were determined by inductively coupled plasma massspectrometry(ICP-MS)after microwave digestion.SPSS 24.0 software was used for principal component analysis.Results Twenty four inorganic elements in Angelicae sinensis from different areas displayed the similar element spectrum distribution according to the atomic numbers.The contents of Be,Ca,Cr,Ni,Sr,Tl,Li,Al and As showed significant difference between areas,and there was correlation of the contents among some inorganic elements.Principal component analysis results showed that Cr(0.925),Al(0.905),Mn(0.894),Co(0.883),Cu(0.878),Mo(0.857)and Se(0.871)were the characteristic inorganic elements in Angelicae sinensis.Conclusion The contents of inorganic elements in Angelicae sinensis showed characteristic distribution.And there were differences in different areas.The total contents of inorganic elements in the sample from Tanchang area are higher than other areas.
