摘  要:目的建立微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定蔬菜中Li、Be、B、AI、V、Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As等20种元素含量的方法,为蔬菜中的各种元素含量情况调查提供参考。方法以10种常见市售蔬菜为材料,采用微波消解、选择合理的内标物和同位素消除干扰,ICP-MS同时测定蔬菜中20种元素的含量,以国家标准物质豆角验证方法的准确性。结果20种元素检出限为0.0005 mg/kg~0.04 mg/kg,各元素线性相关系数均>0.9995;相对标准偏差为0.5%~9.6%。结论该方法样品前处理简单高效,检出限低、精密度、准确度高,适用于蔬菜中多元素的同时测定。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of Li,Be,B,AI,V,Cr,Mn,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As and other 20 elements in vegetables by microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS),which can provide reference for the investigation of the contents of various elements in vegetables.Methods Ten kinds of common market vegetables are used as samples,microwave digestion is adopted,and reasonable internal standards and isotopes are selected to eliminate the interference.ICP-MS method is used to test the contents of 20 elements in vegetables and the accuracy of the method is verified by the national standard material of bean.Results The experimental results shows that the detection limit of 20 elements is within 0.0005 mg/kg-0.04 mg/kg,and the linear correlation coefficient of all elements is greater than 0.9995.The relative standard deviation is within 0.5%-9.6%.Conclusion This method is simple,which has efficient sample pretreatment,low detection limit,high precision and high accuracy.It is suitable for the simultaneous determination of multiple elements in vegetables.
