摘  要:在软件定义汽车的时代,软件问题导致汽车出现故障的概率大大增加。为节省召回成本,各大主机厂都在推广OTA远程软件升级。然而由于车上ECU数量繁多、网络环境复杂,OTA升级过程中经常出现丢包、下载中断、软件不适配等问题,给汽车ECU的Bootloader设计带来挑战。为了满足OTA的稳定性、安全性需求,设计了一套基于UDS协议的CAN总线Bootloader实现方案,通过实现断点续传、软件回滚等功能,提升了软件升级系统的容错率。In the era of software-defined cars, the probability of software problems causing car failures has greatly increased. To save recall costs, major OEMs are promoting OTA remote software upgrades. However, due to the large number of ECUs and complex network environment in the car, the OTA upgrade process often results in packet loss, download interruptions, software mismatch and other problems, which bring challenges to the Bootloader design of automotive ECUs. In order to meet the stability and security requirements of OTA, this paper designs an implementation scheme of UDS-based Bootloader for the CAN bus, which improves the fault tolerance rate of software upgrade system by realizing the functions of breakpoint renewal and software rollback.
