摘　　要：在简单介绍半导体制冷技术的基础上,较详细地介绍了神港调节仪的输出电路和以这种调节仪(温控表)、开关电源、受控电源、热电阻和半导体制冷片等构成的温控系统。分析了4~20 mA输出电路,给出了温控系统的控制电路等,这些内容对相关的技术人员具有较高的参考价值。Based on the brief introduction of the semiconductor refrigeration technology, the output circuit of the Shinko controller and the temperature control system composed of the temperature control meter, the switching power supply, the controlled source, the thermal resistance and the semiconductor refrigeration chip are introduced in detail. This paper analyzes the 4~20 mA output circuit and gives the control circuit of the temperature control system. These contents have high reference value for the relevant technicians.
