万古霉素和左氧氟沙星治疗支原体肺炎的疗效对比观察

摘　　要：目的探讨万古霉素治疗肺炎支原体感染的效果,观察患者血清白介素-6(IL-6)、D-二聚体、肺功能指标水平的变化。方法100例支原体肺炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,分别接受常规治疗的基础上给予万古霉素注射剂、常规治疗的基础上给予左氧氟沙星注射剂,观察2组患者临床疗效,比较患者治疗前后血清IL-6、D-二聚体水平及肺功能指标(FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC)水平的变化。结果观察组的治疗总有效率(100.0%)高于对照组(82.0%),不良反应总发生率(14.0%)低于对照组(50.0%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组患者IL-6、D二聚体及FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组相关指标均改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论万古霉素治疗支原体肺炎的临床效果优于左氧氟沙星,且不良反应发生率更低。Objective To investigate the efficacy of vancomycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia,to observe the changes of serum interleukin-6(IL-6),D-dimer,and lung function indexes.Methods A total of 100 patients with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were randomly divided into an observation group(n=50)and a control group(n=50).The observation group received vancomycin injection besides the conventional treatment,and the control group received levofloxacin injection besides the conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed.The changes of serum IL-6,D-dimer,and pulmonary function indexes(FVC,FEV1,and FEV1/FVC)before and after treatment were also compared.Results The total efficiency in the observation group(100.0%)was higher than that(82.0%)in the control group and the total incidence of adverse reactions(14.0%)was lower than that(50.0%)of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in IL-6,D-dimer,FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC between the two groups(P>0.05).The relevant indexes were both improved after treatment,with a better performance in the observation group than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The clinical efficacy of vancomycin in the treatment of Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is better than levofloxacin,and the incidence of adverse reactions is lower.
