摘　　要：文章对比观察括约肌间瘘管结扎术(LIFT)及LIFT加用肛瘘栓术(LIFT-PLUG)治疗肛管括约肌间型肛瘘的临床效果。结果显示,相比LIFT术,括约肌间瘘管结扎术+瑞栓宁填塞术对肛管括约肌间型肛瘘的治愈率更高。This paper compared and observed the clinical efficacy of ligation of intersphincteric fistula tract(LIFT)and ligation of intersphincteric fistula tract plus anal fistula plug(LIFT-PLUG)in the treatment of intersphincteric anal fistula.The results showed that,compared with LIFT,the cure rate of LIFT+ruishuaning tamponade was higher.
