摘 要:为探讨海洋环境下混凝土结构内部钢筋锈蚀情况,分析阳极梯传感器阳极电位与钢筋锈蚀率之间的定量关系,在实验室制备了两组钢筋混凝土试件。A组试件(尺寸为500×350×90 mm^(3))埋置阳极梯传感器;A′组试件(尺寸为300×150×90 mm^(3))为无阳极梯试件。采用电加速腐蚀方法对试件进行192 h通电腐蚀,通过无损测试记录阳极梯传感器各阳极电位、电流和电阻信号,结果表明:通电24 h后试件表面出现锈胀裂缝,A 1阳极棒开始发生锈蚀。通过破损试验得到钢筋锈蚀率与通电时间、钢筋电位之间的关系,结果表明阳极梯阳极电位与其锈蚀率之间存在二次递增曲线关系。最后建立氯离子单向渗透理论模型,计算得到钢筋锈蚀率与钢筋电位的关系,并与实验结果进行对比,验证了模型的有效性。To analyze the relationship between electric potential of anode-ladder-system and corrosion rate of reinforcement,two series of concrete samples were prepared in this study.The size of series A(with)was 500×350×90 mm^(3);the size of series A′(without anode-ladder-system)was 300×150×90 mm^(3).Concrete samples were corroded by electric accelerated corrosion method for 192 h.Based on NDT(nondestructive testing),electric potential of anode-ladder-system and corrosion crack on surface were recorded,which indicated that A 1 anode was corroded when corrosion time was 24 h.Based on DT(destructive testing),the relationship between corrosion rate of reinforcement and corrosion time was obtained.The relationship between electric potential of anode-ladder-system and corrosion rate of reinforcement was analyzed.The theoretical model was built to estimate the corrosion rate of reinforcement.
