肝复方治疗肝癌术后患者的临床疗效及对其免疫功能、AFP的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察肝复方治疗肝癌术后患者的临床疗效及其对免疫功能、甲胎蛋白(AFP)的影响。方法:选取肝癌术后患者30例,将其分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组20例予肝复方治疗,以21d为1个周期,治疗4个周期;对照组10例不予药物治疗。观察2组的中医证候积分、生活质量、免疫功能及AFP水平。结果:治疗组中医证候积分、生活质量、免疫功能均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而AFP差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:肝复方可明显改善肝癌术后患者的临床证候,提高其生活质量及免疫功能,是治疗肝癌的有效方剂。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Ganfufang in the treatment of patients after liver cancer surgery and its effect on immune function and alpha-fetoprotein(AFP).Methods:A total of 30 patients after liver cancer surgery were enrolled and divided into treatment group and control group.The 20 patients in the treatment group were given Ganfufang for four cycles,with 21 days for each cycle,and the 10 patients in the control group were not given pharmacotherapy.The two groups were compared in terms of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,quality of life,immune function,and AFP.Results:After treatment,the treatment group had significantly better TCM syndrome score,quality of life,and immune function than the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference in AFP between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ganfufang can significantly improve the clinical syndrome,quality of life,and immune function of patients after liver cancer surgery,and therefore,it is an effective prescription for the treatment of liver cancer.
