摘　　要：目的:建立芪芍化纤柔肝汤的质量标准。方法:采用TLC法对制剂中赤芍、黄芪、当归、丹参进行鉴别;采用C18柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为l.0 ml/min,检测波长为230 nm,柱温30℃,测定样品中芍药苷的含量。结果:薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰,阴性对照无干扰;芍药苷在0.01701~0.4252 mg/ml浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均加样回收率为99.37%,RSD为1.22%。结论:该方法操作简便,专属性强,重复性好,可以用于芪芍化纤柔肝汤的质量控制。Objective:To establish the quality standard for Qishao Huaxian Rougan decoction.Methods:TLC was used for qualitative identification of Paeoniae radix rubra,Astragali radix,Angelicae sinensis radix and Salviae miltiorrhizae radix et rhizoma,and the content of paeoniflorin in decoction was determined by C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution for gradient elution,which the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The detective wave length was 230 nm,the column temperature was set at 30℃.Result:TLC spots developed were fairy clear,with no interference from negative control Paeoniflorin showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0.01701~0.4252 mg/ml(r=0.9998),with an average recovery rate of 99.37%(RSD=1.22%).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,and reliable with good reproducibility and can be applied to the quality control of Qishao Huaxian Rougan decoction.
