摘  要:本文以某电磁轨道炮为研究对象,建立了发射系统简化实体模型,分别设计了推式和拉式两种类型的平衡机,针对两种结构平衡机设计布局,进行了俯仰范围内的平衡效果计算,研究了平衡机结构和布局方式对电磁轨道炮俯仰力矩的影响。在整体俯仰范围内拉式平衡机布局方案相对推式平衡机使得俯仰系统剩余不平衡力矩更加均匀,整体平衡效果更好,但是初压较高。本研究对降低大负载火炮不平衡力矩设计有较大参考价值。An electromagnetic rail gun was taken as the research object,and a simplified physical model of the launch system was established.Two types of balancers,push and pull,were designed,and schemes for the two structural balancers were designed,the balancing effect within the pitch range was calculated,then the influence of the structure and layout of the balance machine on the unbalance torque of the electromagnetic rail gun was studied.It was found that the layout of the pull type balancer compared to the push type balancer makes the remaining unbalanced torque of the launch system more uniform within the overall pitch range,and the overall balancing effect is better,but it has the characteristics of higher initial pressure.This study has a certain reference value for reducing unbalance torque of anti-large load artillery.
