摘 要:海军航材仓库由于担负任务的需要,大部分部署在沿海岛屿,控制高温、高湿、高盐是管理的重中之重。其中温湿度是影响库存航材质量的主要因素,航材在保管储存过程中,各种质量变化基本上都与空气的温度和湿度有关,温湿度过高或过低都会导致航材性能的下降,影响平时战训任务的顺利完成。本文介绍了航材仓库基于无线数传技术的温度湿度与漏水监测报警系统的研究,结合温湿度传感器以及漏水感应线的应用,分别实现了航材库房内的温湿度以及漏水情况进行实时监测与报警提醒,不仅能够为航材保管员日常管理带来便利,而且可以为确定航材温湿度规律提供依据。Due to the need of undertaking the task,most of the aeronautic equipments warehouses were deployed in the coastal islands.The most important task of management was to control high temperature,high humidity and high salt.Temperature and humidity are the main factors that affect the quality of aviation materials in stock.In the process of storage,all kinds of quality changes of aviation materials are basically related to the temperature and humidity of the air.Too high or too low temperature and humidity will affect the quality of the equipment,resulting in the decline of the performance of aviation materials and the smooth completion of peacetime combat training tasks.This paper introduced the research of temperature and humidity and water leakage monitoring and alarm system based on wireless data transmission technology.Combined with the application of temperature and humidity sensor and water leakage sensing line,the real-time monitoring and alarm reminder of temperature and humidity and water leakage in the air material warehouse were realized,which not only brings convenience to the daily management of the aeronautic equipments keeper,but also provides the basis for finding the law of aeronautic equipments temperature and humidity regulation.
