摘  要:面对日趋减少的煤炭资源,只有精采、细采,才能实现煤炭资源的最大产出率,而提升顶煤回采率就是最有效的措施。在斜沟煤矿23110综放工作面顶煤回采工程实践中,笔者科学合理地制定了提升顶煤回收率的措施:通过分析矿井实际生产条件,明确顶煤回采率的科学计算方式,从细化探煤工作、调整放顶煤工艺、部分端头过渡支架顶煤回收等方面入手,将斜沟煤矿23110综放工作面顶煤回收率提高到约86%,对类似条件的煤矿有一定的参考价值。In the face of decreasing coal resources,only fine mining can achieve the maximum output rate of coal resources,and improving the top coal recovery rate is the most effective measure.In the engineering practice of top coal recovery in 23110 fully mechanized top coal caving face of Xiegou Coal Mine,the author scientifically and reasonably formulated the measures to improve the top coal recovery rate:through the analysis of the actual production conditions of the mine,the scientific calculation method of top coal recovery rate was made clear,and the top coal recovery rate of 23110 fully mechanized top coal caving face of Xiegou Coal Mine was determined from the aspects of detailed coal exploration,adjustment of top coal caving process,and top coal recovery of some end transition supports.The recovery rate is increased to about 86%,which provides reference value for coal mines with similar conditions.
