摘  要:为了分析具有很高的谐波畸变率的三相桥式不控整流电路的谐波特性,本文针对三相桥式不控整流电路建立了谐波耦合导纳矩阵模型,并对该电路的对外等值谐波特性进行了研究。首先建立了三相桥式不控整流电路的频域谐波耦合导纳矩阵模型,在此基础上推导出电路在畸变电压条件下的谐波特性等值电路;详细阐述了畸变电压条件下电路呈现容性的机理,得出电路的对外特性在不同电压及负载参数下的变化规律;并提出可使电路表现为容性的电路参数范围求解方法,分析结果可为避免电路与系统电抗产生非线性谐振提供参考。In order to analyze the harmonic characteristics of the three-phase bridge uncontrolled rectifier circuit with high harmonic distortion rate,this paper establishes the harmonic coupling admittance matrix model for the three-phase uncontrolled bridge rectifier circuit,and studies the external equivalent harmonic characteristics.Firstly,the frequency domain harmonic coupling admittance matrix model of the three-phase uncontrolled bridge rectifier circuit is established,based on which the harmonic equivalent circuit under the distorted voltage condition is deduced.Then the mechanism of the capacitive characteristic of the circuit under the distorted voltage condition is described in detail,obtaining the variation rules of the external characteristics of the circuit under different voltage and load parameters.In addition,a method for solving the circuit parameter range which can make the circuit capacitive is proposed,which provides a reference for avoiding nonlinear resonance between the circuit and the system reactance.
