摘 要:针对某建筑工程地下室抗浮设计问题,为了确定中风化凝灰岩地层嵌岩抗拔桩设计承载力,开展了5根0.7 m和0.8 m两种直径抗拔桩现场试验。试验结果表明各试桩加载至设计值时均为缓变形,最大位移为6.92 mm~10.67 mm,试验中岩层侧摩阻力未充分发挥,安全富裕较大。通过国内外不同规范方法对5根试桩极限抗拔承载力进行计算发现,理论计算得到的嵌岩桩极限抗拔承载力普遍大于设计值,且国外AASHTO方法和加拿大岩土工程手册方法均明显大于建筑桩基规范,且嵌岩段长度越大,计算结果差异越显著。通过试验和理论计算均表明中风化凝灰岩嵌岩段的极限侧阻力发挥潜力较大,可作为抗拔桩的良好持力层。Focusing on the anti-floating design problem of the basement in a project,five uplift piles with 0.7 m and 0.8 m in diameter were adopted to conduct field tests to investigate the uplift bearing capacity of rock-socketed piles in the weathered tuff layer.The test results show that all the test piles are slowly deformed when loaded to the design value,and the maximum displacement is 6.92 mm~10.67 mm.In the test,the shaft resistance of the rock layer is not fully utilized,and the safety factor is relatively large.The ultimate uplift bearing capacity of 5 test piles is calculated by different domestic and foreign standard methods.It is found that the ultimate uplift bearing capacity of rock-socketed piles obtained by theoretical calculation is generally greater than the design value,and the foreign AASHTO method and the Canadian Geotechnical Engineering Manual are both larger than the building pile foundation code,and the greater the length of the rock-socketed section,the more significant the difference in calculation results.Both experiments and theoretical calculations show that the ultimate shaft resistance of the middle-weathered tuff rock-socketed section has great potential and can be used as a good bearing layer for uplift piles.
