摘  要:为研究不同纤维与混凝土基质的协同变形作用,针对单掺PVA纤维、单掺UPE纤维以及两者混合掺入3类情况的试样不同龄期不同掺量的强度特性进行了试验分析,研究显示:UPE纤维与混凝土的结合性比PVA纤维好,但难分散,试样的离散性较大;混合纤维(UPE和PVA纤维体积掺量1∶1)混凝土比较经济,综合力学性能也最高,其抗折强度最佳掺量为0.4%,此时抗折强度为6.6 MPa,提高率为24.1%;抗压强度达49 MPa,提高率为8%;折压比为0.135,提升14.4%。In order to analyze the synergistic deformation effect of different fibers and concrete matrix,the strength of various concrete mixed with PVA fiber,UPE fiber and both fibers(3 situations)at different ages and with different contents are tested.The results as follows.UPE fiber and concrete have better adhesion than PVA fiber,but it is difficult to disperse,and the dispersion of the sample is large;Mixed fiber(The ratio of volume content of UPE fiber to PVA fiber is 1∶1)concrete is more economical and has the highest comprehensive mechanical properties.The optimal fiber content with best flexural strength is 0.4%.At this time,the flexural strength is 6.6 MPa,the increase rate is 24.1%;the compressive strength is 49 MPa,the increasing rate is 8%;ratio of bending-compressive strength is 0.135,an increase of 14.4%.
