摘 要:研究采用ZnCl2活化农业秸秆废弃物的方法制备高比表面积的生物质炭(BACs),以实现室温下高效吸附气态甲醛。工业分析和元素分析表明所用农业秸秆是适宜的BACs前体物,且比表面积、扫描电镜、傅里叶红外光谱和热重分析结果表明BACs能够实现理想吸附效果。系统性实验探究了活化条件、O2和气态甲醛浓度对BACs吸附性能的影响,结果表明,ZnCl2/RPm质量比、活化温度和时间对吸附性能有显著的正向影响,而O2对吸附性能有抑制作用;随着HCHO浓度的增加,BACs的吸附性能单位时间内损失率增大。对饱和BACM(玉米秸秆提取的BAC)进行脱附和再生试验,结果得出,解吸温度均在50℃以上,能够保证室内使用安全;饱和BACM经再生后,仍表现出较好的吸附性能,表明该吸附剂可重复利用。To effectively remove indoor formaldehyde(HCHO)at ambient temperature and reasonably use agriculture wastes,a series of high specific surface area biochars(BACs)are prepared with agriculture straws as raw materials and ZnCl2 as activator.These agricultural straws was presumed to be appropriate BACs precursors by proximate analysis and ultimate analysis.Physicochemical properties were characterized by BET,SEM,FTIR and TGA,which demonstrated BACs had the potential as brilliant adsorbents.Systemic tests investigated the effects of activator and the concentrations of O2 and HCHO on adsorption performances of BACs.Results showed ZnCl2 brought considerably positive effects but O2 had a depressant effect on the adsorption behavior.With the increase of HCHO concentration,the loss rate of adsorption property in BACs increased per unit time.Desorption and regeneration tests indicated that the desorption temperature all above 50℃,ensureing security indoors.Saturated BACM still exhibited remarkable adsorption performance after regeneration,indicating that the adsorbent can be reused.
