摘  要:针对长缸压力容器,进行了长缸压力容器的结构优化设计。采用响应面代理模型和混合整数序列二次规划方法(mixed integer sequential quadratic programming,MISQP)对长缸压力容器的结构尺寸进行优化。优化结果表明,在最大等效应力σmax小于等于和287.5 MPa和长缸压力容器容积大于等于0.63 m^(3)的条件下,长缸压力容器的耗材量减少了0.05 m^(3)降低了29.41%。For long-cylinder pressure vessels are widely used in engineering practice,especially in the storage of special chemicals.The structural size is optimized,and the cost of structural consumables is reduced,which has high economy and practicability.For the long-cylinder pressure vessel,the structural optimization design of the long-cylinder pressure vessel is carried out.The response surface proxy model and mixed integer sequential quadratic programming(MISQP)are used to optimize the structural size of the long cylinder pressure vessel.The optimization results show that under the condition that the maximum equivalent stressσmax is less than or equal to 287.5 MPa and the volume of the long cylinder pressure vessel is greater than or equal to 0.63 m^(3),the consumption of the long cylinder pressure vessel is reduced by 0.05 m^(3)and 29.41%.
