后疫情时代航空物流发展对策研究

摘　　要：2020年爆发的新冠肺炎疫情给各行业带来了巨大冲击,运输业更是首当其冲。其时为防止疫情范围扩大,各国纷纷封锁边境,限制居民出行,导致客运需求量同比大幅下降,航空公司大规模停飞,期间国外数十家航空公司破产,全球航空公司面临生存之战。在航空客流严重枯竭之际,航空物流却逆势增长,成为我国航空公司挺过市场寒冬的转机。此次疫情无疑让各界开始关注到航空物流的重要性。因此,大力推广航空物流、弥补民航货运短板、构建健全的运输网络、改善航空物流的市场环境、促进跨境电商与航空物流协同发展,实现航空物流的转型升级,是后疫情时代我国经济能得以快速恢复和发展的必然举措,也是"十四五"时期民航发展的重要方面。The outbreak of the COVID-19 in 2020 has brought a huge impact to various industries,the transportation is the first to bear the brunt.In order to prevent the spread of the pandemic,countries blocked borders and restricted travel,resulting in a sharp drop in passenger demand and airlines grounded on a large scale,dozens of foreign airlines went bankrupt during this period,and the whole global airlines faced a battle for survival.When the air-passenger flow was severely depleted,the aviation logistics has grown against the trend,being a turning point for Chinese airlines to survive the market winter.The pandemic has undoubtedly made all walks of life pay attention to the importance of aviation logistics.Therefore,promoting the concept of aviation logistics,making up for the shortcomings of air cargo transportation,building a sound transportation network,improving the market environment,promoting the coordinated development of cross-border e-commerce and aviation logistics,and realizing the transformation of aviation logistics are inevitable measures for the rapid recovery and development of Chinese economy in pandemic era.They are also the important aspect of civil aviation development during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period.
