摘  要:城市色彩是城市特色的重要展现,城市色彩管控对其城市风貌的塑造至关重要。本文以上海市为例,以实地调研收集的色彩信息数据为基础,构建AHP评价模型,对上海市建筑色彩进行评价。评价结果分为"好""较好""一般""较差"和"差"5类。通过对不同评价等级建筑的空间分布、所占比例和色系表现的总结分析,得出了上海市建筑色彩总体水平处于"较好"一级。这主要是由上海的经济发达、更新保护工作开展全面造成的,但建筑形式、建筑墙面材料等因素对建筑色彩的影响依旧较大。上海依旧存在政府审批管理力度较弱、管理条例不明确、管控指标缺失等问题,未来仍需对色彩进行重点管控和持续优化。Urban color is an important manifestation of urban characteristics,and urban color control is crucial to the shaping of its urban style.Taking Shanghai as an example,this paper builds an AHP evaluation model based on the color information data collected by field surveys to evaluate the architectural colors of Shanghai.The evaluation results are divided into five categories:"best","better","general","poorer"and"poorest".Through a summary analysis of the spatial distribution,proportions and color performance of buildings of different evaluation levels,it is concluded that the color level of Shanghai’s buildings is at the"good"level.This is mainly due to Shanghai’s economic development and comprehensive renovation and protection work.However,factors such as building forms and building wall materials still have a greater impact on building colors.There are still some problems in Shanghai,such as weak government approval management,unclear management regulations,lack of control indicators,and so on.It is still necessary to focus on color control in the future.
