厦门市城市高架桥下空间形态与开发利用探索——以成功大道沙坡尾市场为例

摘　　要：随着现代城市的发展,城市交通日益拥堵,城市高架桥作为一种解决方案应运而生。伴随着高架桥交通功能空间的产生,其桥下空间资源的空置问题越来越受到人们的重视。当前国内对于高架桥下空间的研究未成系统,而厦门地区此空间的利用也较为不足。因此,本文对厦门地区城市高架桥下空间形态进行了深入研究,并辅以厦门市沙坡尾市场的笔者实践案例进行阐述,以期探索一种具有普遍性和基础性的共性思路改善城市桥下空间的利用。With the development of modern city,urban traffic is increasingly congested,and urban viaduct as a solution came into being.With the emergence of viaduct traffic function space,more and more attention has been paid to the vacancy of space resources under the viaduct.At present,the research on the space under the viaduct is not systematic in China,and the use of this space in Xiamen is also relatively insufficient.Therefore,the author has carried out thorough research on the spatial form under the Urban Viaduct of Xiamen,and supplemented with the author’s practical case of Shapowei market in Xiamen,in order to explore a kind of common thought with universality and foundation to improve the utilization of the space under the urban viaduct.
