达格列净对超重及肥胖2型糖尿病患者的疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨对超重及肥胖2型糖尿病患者采用达格列净进行治疗的临床疗效。方法纳入对象为该院在2018年12月—2019年12月期间接收治疗的超重及肥胖2型糖尿病患者,共94例。对患者随机编号1~94号,其中单号为对照组(47例),采用利格列汀治疗,双号为观察组(47例),采用达格列净进行治疗。对比两组患者治疗的临床疗效,明确最佳的用药方案。结果观察组临床治疗有效率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05);经过不同治疗,观察组血糖指标、BMI以及总胆固醇水平获得更加明显的改善,生活质量明显提升,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用达格列净治疗超重及肥胖2型糖尿病患者是可行的,可以有效控制患者的血糖水平,除此之外,此药物对降低患者体重、控制血压都具有明显优势。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of dapagliflozin in the treatment of overweight and obese patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The enrolled subjects were overweight and obese type 2 diabetic patients treated in the hospital from December 2018 to December 2019,a total of 94 patients were randomly numbered,1-94,and the single number was the control group(47 cases)were treated with linagliptin,the double number was the observation group(47 cases)were treated with dapagliflozin.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared,and the best medication regimen was clarified.Results The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was not statistically significantly different from that in the control group(χ^(2)=0.000,P>0.05).After different treatments,the observation group's blood glucose,BMI,and total cholesterol levels were significantly improved,and the quality of life was significantly improved compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It is feasible to use dapagliflozin to treat overweight and obese patients with type 2 diabetes,and can effectively control the patient's blood glucose level.In addition,this drug has obvious advantages in reducing patient weight and controlling blood pressure.
