木丹颗粒联合贝前列素钠与依帕司他治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病周围神经病变使用木丹颗粒联合贝前列素钠和依帕司他进行治疗的效果。方法选取该院2019年8月—2020年8月接收的68例糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,按照数字表评分法将患者划为对照组和研究组,每组34例。对照组使用贝前列素钠与依帕司他进行治疗,研究组使用木丹颗粒联合贝前列素钠与依帕司他进行治疗,观察分析两组患者治疗效果。结果研究组患者治疗总有效率为97.06%,空腹血糖为(6.22±0.05)mmol/L、糖化血红蛋白为(6.48±0.08)%,运动神经传导速度中胫神经为(45.29±1.41)m/s、尺神经为(48.16±1.83)m/s、正中神经为(49.67±1.24)m/s,其数据显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.100,t=8.344、8.166、10.709、9.522、9.112,P<0.05)。结论为糖尿病周围神经病变患者使用木丹颗粒联合贝前列素钠与依帕司他进行治疗,可以改善患者血糖水平和运动神经传导情况,治疗效果显著。Objective To investigate the effect of using Mudan granules combined with prostituent sodium and epalrestat in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods The 68 patients with diabetic beraprost neuropathy received in the hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the control group and the study group according to the numerical table scoring method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group was treated with beraprost sodium and epalrestat,and the study group was treated with Mudan granules combined with beraprost sodium and epalrestat.The treatment effects of the two groups were observed and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 97.06%,fasting blood glucose was(6.22±0.05)mmol/L,glycosylated hemoglobin was(6.48±0.08)%,and the motor nerve conduction velocity in tibial nerve was(45.29±1.41)m/s,the ulnar nerve was(48.16±1.83)m/s,and the median nerve was(49.67±1.24)m/s,the data was significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.100,t=8.344,8.166,10.709,9.522,9.112,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy,the use of Mudan granules combined with beraprost sodium and epalrestat can improve the patient's blood glucose level and motor nerve conduction,and the treatment effect is significant.
