摘 要:采用自制逆流分选柱对某低品位黄锑矿进行摇床分选前的预富集以提高分选效率,并采用FLUENT 16.0数值流场模拟软件仿真与实际试验相结合的方法,研究了不同操作参数下的分选状态与效果。粒度范围-0.074+0.023 mm、Sb品位0.82%的实际矿物分选试验结果表明,在给矿质量浓度30%、底流流量50 mL/min、上升水流量8 L/h时可获得精矿品位1.42%、分选效率41.46%的效果。通过数值模拟及计算得到了在不同操作条件下整个设备内部颗粒的速度分布、密度分布以及Sb相体积分数分布,结果表明,增大给矿浓度、减小底流流量、增大上升水流量会导致下沉颗粒运动速度减小、上升颗粒运动速度增加。模拟结果与理论计算结果相符。To improve the separation efficiency of a low-grade cervantite ore,a self-developed reflux classifier was used for pre-concentration ahead of the shaking table separation.Besides,the simulation results from Fluent 16.0 combined with the actual experimental data were adopted to study the separation status and effect under different operating conditions.According to the separation experiments of actual ore with particle size range of-0.074+0.023 mm and Sb grade of 0.82%,a concentrate with Sb grade of 1.42%and separation efficiency of 41.46%can be obtained with the processing parameters as follows:feed mass concentration of 30%,underflow rate of 50 mL/min and the rising flow rate of 8 L/h.The velocity distribution,density distribution,and the distribution of Sb phase volume fraction can be obtained for the particles within the equipment under varied operating conditions based on the simulation and calculation.The results show that increasing the feed concentration,reducing the underflow rate and increasing the rising flow rate can make the velocity of the descending particles slow down,but the rising particles speed up.It is shown that the simulation results are in consistent with the theoretical calculation.
