摘 要:对豫西南某固定碳含量8.95%的晶质微细粒鳞片石墨矿石进行了石墨富集工艺试验研究,结果表明,矿石经粗磨粗选后得到粗精矿,粗精矿采用立式搅拌磨机5次再磨、5次精选,中矿1~3混合后扫选,扫选精矿返回粗选,扫选尾矿合并进入尾矿,中矿4~5返回精选3的工艺流程,可以获得固定碳含量94.05%、回收率95.74%的石墨精矿。Beneficiation tests were conducted to enrich the graphite from a crystalline fine-grained and flake graphite ore from southwest Henan with the fixed carbon content of 8.95%.After a primary grinding and a roughing flotation,a rougher concentrate was prepared.A process consisting of five stages of grinding using a vertical mixing mill and five stages of cleaning was adopted to refine the rougher concentrate.The middlings from the initial three cleaning stages were mixed for scavenging process,while the scavenger concentrate was returned to the rougher,and the scavenger tailings were merged into the tailings.The middlings from the last two stages of cleaning were returned to the third stage of cleaning.Using this flowsheet,a graphite concentrate with fixed carbon content of 94.05%at recovery of 95.74%were obtained.
