摘 要:对金品位3.54 g/t、砷品位0.65%的某含砷金矿进行了浮选提金降砷试验研究。采用金粗选-粗精矿金砷分离工艺,在金砷分离过程中选用环保型有机抑制剂BK526,有效降低金粗精矿中砷含量,获得了金品位98.40 g/t、金回收率89.83%、砷含量2.82%、砷回收率13.99%的金精矿和砷品位24.68%、砷回收率52.31%、金品位6.72 g/t的砷精矿。Flotation experiments were performed for an arsenic-bearing gold ore grading 3.54 g/t Au and 0.65%As for gold enrichment and arsenic reduction.A flowsheet composed of a gold roughing followed by the separation of Au/As in the rougher concentrate was adopted.An environmentally friendly organic depressant,BK526,was introduced in the Au/As separation process,leading to effectively reduction in the arsenic content in the gold rougher concentrate.It is shown that a gold concentrate grading 98.40 g/t Au and 2.82%As was obtained with recoveries of 89.83%Au and 13.99%As,and also an arsenic concentrate grading 24.68%As and 6.72 g/t Au was obtained with As recovery of 52.31%.
