摘 要:为提高某低品位白钨矿选厂生产中白钨精矿回收率,进行了浮选试验研究。结果表明,新型高效白钨捕收剂CK-2较现场捕收剂ZL表现出更强的捕收性和选择性,全流程闭路试验可以获得白钨精矿WO_(3)品位63.33%、回收率86.30%的选别指标,与现场捕收剂ZL相比,白钨精矿回收率提高了4.17个百分点。Experimental research was conducted to improve the recovery of scheelite concentrate in the production of a low-grade scheelite ore dressing plant.The results show that the new-type scheelite collector CK-2 has higher collecting capacity and selectivity than the collector ZL,which is currently used in the plant.According to the closed-circuit test with whole flowsheet,the scheelite concentrate grading 63.33%WO_(3) at 86.30%recovery can be obtained by using CK-2 as the collector.Compared with that by using the collector ZL,the recovery rate can be increased by 4.17 percentage points.
