摘 要:为了探究以氰化尾渣为原料进行造锍熔炼的可能性,研究了渣型配比、熔炼温度、升温时间、保温时间和原料配比对金、银、铜回收率及锍相中金、银含量的影响。研究结果表明,在升温时间60 min、保温时间50 min、熔炼温度1250℃条件下,当氰化尾渣与硫化铜精矿配比4∶1、FeO/SiO_(2)比1.8、CaO/SiO_(2)比0.8时,金、银和铜回收率分别达到73.13%、83.95%和70.97%,金、银在锍相中含量分别达到8.29 g/t和257.40 g/t。造锍熔炼工艺处理氰化尾渣是可行的,为该类尾渣的高效环保回收利用提供了新思路。In order to explore the possibility of matte smelting with cyanide tailings as raw materials,the effects of factors,including the proportioning of each type of tailings,smelting temperature,temperature rising time,holding time and proportioning of raw materials,on the recovery rates of gold,silver and copper,as well as the content of gold and silver in the matte phase were all studied.Results showed that with cyanide tailings and copper sulfide concentrate in proportion of 4∶1,FeO/SiO_(2) at a ratio of 1.8,CaO/SiO_(2) at a ratio of 0.8,after the matte smelting proceeded for 60 min at the temperature of 1250℃with holding time of 50 min,the recovery rates of gold,silver and copper reached 73.13%,83.95%and 70.97%,respectively,and the contents of gold and silver in matte phase were 8.29 g/t and 257.40 g/t,respectively.It is feasible to treat cyanide tailings by using matte smelting process,which may provide an efficient and environmentally-friendly recycling approach for this kind of tailings.
