摘  要:针对酒钢镜铁山0~15 mm粉状铁矿强磁选工艺生产指标差、资源利用率低的问题,利用外热式回转窑开展了低温氢还原磁化焙烧实验室试验,通过有效利用还原剂中的氢,实现了铁氧化物在低温下的快速还原。镜铁山粉状铁矿经破碎至0~0.3 mm后,在焙烧温度720℃、还原剂用量2.5%、焙烧时间18 min、还原剂粒度0~0.2 mm条件下焙烧后,经磁场强度100 kA/m磁选可获得精矿铁品位55.78%、金属回收率80.25%的良好指标。Aiming at the problems of poor indicators from high-intensity magnetic separation and low resource utilization rate for the Jingtieshan 0~15 mm powdered iron ore of Jiugang Group,a laboratory test was carried out with the processing technique of low-temperature hydrogen reduction and magnetizing roasting by using external heating rotary kiln.The rapid reduction of iron oxides at low temperature can be achieved by effectively utilizing hydrogen in the reducing agent.Jingtieshan powdered iron ore,after being crushed to 0~0.3 mm,was roasted at 720℃for 18 min by using the reducing agent with a particle size of 0~0.2 mm and the dosage of 2.5%,and then was subjected to the magnetic separation with magnetic field intensity of 100 kA/m,resulting in the concentrate grading 55.78%Fe at metal recovery rate of 80.25%,showing good indexes obtained.
