摘 要:采用锡盐共沉淀法从铜电解液中脱除砷、锑、铋,考察了锡价态、反应温度、锡用量、反应时间和溶液酸度等因素对杂质脱除效果的影响。结果表明,硫酸浓度174.04 g/L、铜浓度48.14 g/L、砷浓度16.54 g/L、锑浓度96.77 mg/L、铋浓度44.24 mg/L的电解液中加入锡盐,当净化条件为Sn(Ⅳ)/As质量比1.0、温度80℃、搅拌速度500 r/min、反应时间30 min时,As、Sb和Bi脱除率分别达到82.54%、86.63%和98.39%,而Cu和Ni损失率均小于0.2%。Experiments were carried out for removing As,Sb and Bi from copper electrolyte by coprecipitation of tin salt,through which influence of the factors,including valence state of tin,reaction temperature,tin dosage,reaction time,as well as the acidity of the solution on the impurity removal effect was investigated.Results showed that by adding salt into the copper electrolyte containing 174.04 g/L H2SO4,48.14 g/L Cu,16.54 g/L As,96.77 mg/L Sb and 44.24 mg/L Bi,the purification reaction proceeded at 80℃with the stirring speed of 500 r/min and the mass of Sn(Ⅳ)to the mass of As in a ratio of 1.0,leading to the removal rates of As,Sb and Bi from copper electrolyte reaching 82.54%,86.63%and 98.39%,respectively,and also the loss rates of Cu and Ni less than 0.2%.
