摘　　要：目的:评价乳腺癌中医临床表型量表的信度和效度。方法:采用现场调查的方式,对193例确诊乳腺癌患者进行临床调查,根据调查结果进行乳腺癌中医临床表型量表信度、效度及可行性分析。结果:①信度方面,量表症状条目部分的总分半信数为0.570,总克朗巴赫α(Cronbach’s α)系数为0.523。②效度方面,量表条目池可以反映乳腺癌患者的中医临床表型特征;除社会方面外,量表其他方面与各领域及总分的相关性均较高;通过探索性因子分析,共提取出10个公因子,累计贡献率为61.708%。③可行性方面,预调查与临床调查共发放量表问卷196份,回收有效问卷193份,有效率98.5%;量表问卷填写的完成时间一般在13 min内。结论:乳腺癌中医临床表型量表具有较好的信度、效度和可行性,可以应用于临床。Objective:To evaluate the reliability and validity of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Clinical Phenotype Scale for Mammary Cancer.Methods:A spot investigation was conducted.Totally 193 confirmed mammary cancer patients were investigated.According to the investigation results,the reliability,validity and feasibility of the TCM Clinical Phenotype Scale for Mammary Cancer were analyzed.Results:①In terms of reliability,the total 1/2 letter number of the items in the scale was 0.570 and the Cronbach’s α coefficient of all areas were 0.523.②In terms of validity,the item pool of the scale can reflect the TCM clinical phenotype characteristics of mammary cancer patients.Except the social aspect,the correlation between other aspects and every field of the scale were high,and so were the correlation between other aspects and the total score.Through exploratory factor analysis,10 common factors were extracted,and the cumulative contribution rate was 61.708%.③In terms of feasibility,a total of 196 questionnaires were sent out in the pre-investigation and clinical investigation,and 193 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective rate of 98.5%.The questionnaires were generally completed within 13 minutes.Conclusion:TCM Clinical Phenotype Scale for Mammary Cancer has good reliability,validity,and feasibility,so it can be applied to clinical practice.
