摘 要:本文选取中国民航飞行学院雷达模拟机训练中武汉天河机场进近管制区为研究对象,提出了一种基于雷达模拟机的扇区容量评估方法。主要通过对管制员在雷达模拟机环境下的工作负荷数据和每个时间段内的运行数据进行分析计算,最终模拟扇区的容量。该方法首先需要在模拟机平台上构建评估环境,然后根据所评估扇区日常运行情况编排练习计划,之后组织管制员进行模拟机管制并记录相关数据,最后对采集的数据进行整理、分析并计算结果。In this paper,Wuhan Tianhe Airport approach control area in radar simulator training of Civil Aviation Flight College of China was selected as the research object,and a sector capacity evaluation method based on radar simulator was proposed.This paper mainly analyzed and calculated the workload data of the controller in the radar simulator environment and the operation data in each time period,and finally calculated the capacity of the simulated sector.Firstly,the evaluation environment needs to be built on the simulator platform,and then the training plan is ar⁃ranged according to the daily operation of the evaluated sector.Then,the controller is organized to control the simula⁃tor and record the relevant data.Finally,the collected data is sorted,analyzed and the results are calculated.
