摘  要:目的:以雄蜂蛹醇提物为研究对象,探究雄蜂蛹的抗运动性疲劳效果及可能机制。方法:采用凯氏定氮法测定雄蜂蛹醇提物中的总蛋白含量。将50只雄性昆明小鼠随机分为5组,每组10只。其中蜂蛹高、中、低剂量组分别予雄蜂蛹醇提物5.0 g/kg、3.0 g/kg、1.0 g/kg(生药剂量)灌胃,西洋参组予金日西洋参冲剂(1.7 g/kg)灌胃,对照组予同体积蒸馏水灌胃。均每天灌胃1次,每次灌胃前断食2 h,连续30 d。灌胃结束后,进行小鼠负重游泳实验并记录力竭游泳时间,检测抗疲劳生理生化指标血糖及血清乳酸、皮质醇、睾酮、一氧化氮(NO)水平;处死小鼠测定肝糖原含量,计算肝、脾、肾、睾丸的脏器指数。结果:雄蜂蛹醇提物总蛋白含量为41.72%;与对照组比较,蜂蛹高、中剂量组及西洋参组小鼠力竭游泳时间明显延长(P<0.05);与对照组比较,西洋参组及蜂蛹中、高剂量组一般疲劳性指标肝糖原含量明显升高、血清乳酸水平明显降低(P<0.05),且西洋参组和蜂蛹高剂量组血糖水平明显升高(P<0.01);与对照组比较,西洋参组及蜂蛹高剂量组其他疲劳性指标血清睾酮/皮质醇明显升高,血清皮质醇、NO水平明显降低(P<0.05);各组小鼠之间的脏器指数差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:雄蜂蛹醇提物可以显著提升小鼠的运动耐力、降低其运动性疲劳程度,且安全性高,机制可能与调节肝糖原、血糖及血清乳酸、NO、皮质醇水平有关,此为蜂蛹未来的开发利用提供了依据。Objective:To investigate the anti-exercise fatigue effect and possible mechanism of drone pupae with ethanol extract from drone pupa as the study object.Methods:Kjeldahl method was used to determine the protein level in ethanol extract of drone pupa.Total 50 Kunming mice were used as experimental animals and randomly divided into 5 groups,10 mice in each group.Among them,the high,medium and low dose groups were given drone pupae ethanol extract 5 g/kg,3 g/kg,1 g/kg(crude drug dose)by gavage,and Xiyangshen(Panax Quinquefolium Radix)group was given Jinri Xiyangshen granules(1.7 g/kg)by gavage,while the control group was given the same volume of distilled water by gavage.All were given intragastric administration once a day,and fasted for 2 hours before each administration,for 30 consecutive days.After the gavage,the mice were tested for anti-fatigue swimming test and the exhausted swimming time of the mice was recorded.The anti-fatigue physiological and biochemical indexes blood glucose and serum lactic acid,cortisol,testosterone,and nitric oxide(NO)levels were measured;the mice were sacrificed to determine the liver glycogen content,and the organ indexes of liver,spleen,kidney and testis were calculated.Results:The total protein content of the ethanol extract of drone pupae was 41.72%.Compared with the control group,the mice in the high and medium dose groups and the Xiyangshen group significantly prolonged the exhaustive swimming time(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the general fatigue index liver glycogen content was significantly increased and the blood lactic acid level was significantly reduced in the Xiyangshen group and the medium and high dose groups,(P<0.05),and the blood glucose level of the Xiyangshen group and high dose group was significantly increased(P<0.01).Compared with the control group,other fatigue indicators of Xiyangshen group and high-dose group were significantly increased such as testosterone/cortisol,serum cortisol and serum NO level was significantly decreased(P<0.05).The differe
