摘　　要：为提高涂装房长期运行稳定和后期快速维护,探讨一种基于物联网技术的智能远程控制系统。该系统基于工业级全功能型云网关,主要用于帮助上位机和下位机联网,实现上位机和下位机的远程监控和数据透传,达到远程配置和管理工业设备的目的。测试结果表明:该设备远程控制系统具有稳定性高、维护方便等特点,为设备远程控制提供了一种可行方案。In order to improve the long-term stability of the painting room and rapid maintenance in the later period,an intelligent remote control system based on internet of things is discussed.The system is based on an industrial-grade full-function cloud gateway,which is mainly used to help the upper and lower computer networking to realize the remote monitoring and data transmission of the upper computer and lower computer,and achieve the purpose of remote configuration and management of industrial equipment.
